A journalistic investigation on Georgian wine issue, commissioned by Go Group Media, was conducted by the reporters.
Georgian wine experienced two major crises over the past 25 years – the collapse of the Soviet Union and Russia’s 2006 ban on export of Georgian wine, that destroyed nearly 100% of Georgian wine market.
Not only has Georgian wine manage to survive after all the aforesaid, but it has been facing some new perspectives. Our reporters travelled to one of the villages in Kakheti region and met with all those, who could tell about winemaking in a professional manner.
A story with photos, videos and multimedia materials has been published on JAMnews website–www.jam-news.net, launched by Go Group Media one month ago.
