I am from Beatles generation

Gary Manukyan, a guitar player sells new musical instruments and works as a concert sound engineer on occasions. He also runs a workshop where he repairs damaged musical items.

Gary recalls the time when he first learned to play the guitar and then performed as a band guitarist during the Soviet times.

Gary made the first electric guitar from the telephone handsets himself. He says that it wasn’t easy to get a guitar or a sound amplifier at that time, so they had to produce everything themselves.

At a certain stage of life Gary Manukyan was faced with a choice: either to start a family or proceed with his musical career. He opted for the family.
